About The Studio

My home studio, otherwise referred to as 'The Boom Box,' is an acoustically treated space which contains 2 acoustic drum kits, an electronic kit, and digital recording capabilities.

For many years preceding the Covid-19 pandemic I was teaching out of MPP Studios — a commercial recording and rehearsal facility. Unfortunately, MPP did not survive the pandemic, and at that time I transitioned to using my own home studio for lessons instead of looking to acquire another commercial space. This allows me to keep lesson costs reasonable and have a little more flexibility with scheduling.
